Dr. Kevin Brien is originally from Houma, LA. He graduated from Vanderbilt High School in 1989. Kevin then went on to Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge where he completed his Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Microbiology in 1993. Dr. Brien then continued his education at Texas Chiropractic College in Houston, where he was a member of the Omega Psi Honors Fraternity and received his Doctorate of Chiropractic with honors in 1998.
He is a licensed Chiropractic Physician in Louisiana and is a member of the Chiropractic Association of Louisiana. He is also an affiliate of the American Chiropractic Association. He currently resides in Lafayette with his wife, Misty, and their son, William.
With nearly two decades of experience in chiropractic care, Dr. Brett Venable has established himself as a trusted specialist in the field. Originally hailing from Eunice, Louisiana, Dr. Venable’s journey began at St. Edmund High School, where he was honored as a 2001 Hall of Fame inductee. He pursued his passion for biology at Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana, enrolling in the T3 Honors Biology program.
In 2006, Dr. Venable graduated from Parker Chiropractic College in Dallas, Texas, where he laid the foundation for his chiropractic career. Committed to furthering his expertise, he attained a Diplomate in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut.
Dr. Venable’s dedication extends beyond his practice; he serves as an advisor for Tulane University’s School of Professional Advancement, shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals. He is also the official team chiropractor for the Ragin Cajun Athletics, providing specialized care to athletes and enhancing their performance.
Recognized for his contributions to the field, Dr. Venable was elected by his peers to represent Louisiana as a delegate for the American Chiropractic Association in Washington, D.C. He’s committed to evidence based chiropractic care and routinely collaborates with other spine specialists.
