Dr. Rau is a Houma native who has been practicing as a board-certified Family Physician since 2014. He is a graduate of Tulane University School of Medicine and completed his residency training at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences AHEC South Central in Pinebluff, Arkansas.

Ali Sadeghi works for Complete Physical Medicine and Rehab LLC, an on-site collaborating medical company with the physicians of Recovery ChiroMed. He is a graduate of the University of Houston with a major in Biology and Physical Science and a minor in Math. He has a 2nd Bachelors of Science and a B.S.I.S. in Health and Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at LSU in 2009.

He has an M.D. from the University of St. Eustatius Dutch School of Medicine and is currently in the process of receiving his MBA/MPH from Tulane/John Hopkins. He is currently an ER Medical Director at the University Hospital & Clinics (UHC) in Lafayette, LA. He received an Outstanding Graduate award of Family Medicine Residency at LSU/UMC. He is a member of NSAA, AAFP, AMA, and the Louisiana State Medical Society.

Dr. Kevin Brien is originally from Houma, LA. He graduated from Vanderbilt High School in 1989. Kevin then went on to Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge where he completed his Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Microbiology in 1993. Dr. Brien then continued his education at Texas Chiropractic College in Houston, where he was a member of the Omega Psi Honors Fraternity and received his Doctorate of Chiropractic with honors in 1998.

He is a licensed Chiropractic Physician in Louisiana and is a member of the Chiropractic Association of Louisiana. He is also an affiliate of the American Chiropractic Association. He currently resides in Lafayette with his wife, Misty, and their son, William.

Dr. Brien was born and raised in Houma, Louisiana. He did his undergraduate studies at Louisiana State University before attending Texas Chiropractic College. He opened his clinic in Luling, Louisiana in 2000 and has been providing the Westbank and Tri-Parish area clients with superior chiropractic care. He specializes in neck and back pain but is also successful in treating all types of muscular and joint problems. He has done extensive study in motor vehicle collision injuries as well as sports injuries. He uses a diversified approach for his patients, which includes referrals to other healthcare providers in the medical community when necessary. He believes that this approach is the best possible way to return his patients to a quality lifestyle as quickly as possible. He maintains a healthy lifestyle through diet and exercise and is happy to assist patients in their quest for a similar lifestyle. He has been a member of the Chiropractic Association of Louisiana since 2000.

He married his wife, Stephanie, in 1998 and was blessed with two children, Hannah and Braxton. He enjoys quality time with his family and is an avid outdoorsman.

Matthew Ellender, D.C. is a 2009 graduate of Texas Chiropractic College, where he received a Doctorate in Chiropractic and a Bachelor's in Human Biology. At TCC, he was an active member and served on the board of the Council on Sports Injury, Student Chiropractic Association of Louisiana, and Student American Chiropractic Association. Dr. Ellender participated in an internship at Rice University that involved injury prevention and rehabilitation for their student athletes.

Dr. Ellender continues his active membership in the Chiropractic Association of Louisiana and the American Chiropractic Association. He is certified in Kinesiotaping, Graston Technique, and Manipulation Under Anesthesia. Dr. Ellender has completed numerous hours toward the Academy of Industrial Injury Management, which takes a new approach to early recognition and treatment that focuses on the biopsychosocial issues that may hinder a worker from returning to work. He takes a patient-centered approach to treatment, which encourages the patient to become an active participant in the treatment of their condition. The treatment is complemented with an evidence-based rehabilitation program that will help guide the patient toward their pre-injury functional goals.

Dr. Brett Venable is originally from Eunice, LA. He is a graduate of St. Edmund High School and a 2001 Hall of Fame inductee. Brett then went on to Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana, where he began his biology degree in the T3 Honors Biology program and played for the NSU Demon football team. Before graduating from Parker Chiropractic College of Dallas, TX, he was accepted into the college’s clinic abroad program, where he interned for four months in a hospital in Mexico City while learning Spanish.

Dr. Venable is a member of the Chiropractic Association of Louisiana, a member of the American Chiropractic Association, and a volunteer biology teacher at St. Thomas More High School.

Dr. Neatherlin is a graduate of the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Originally from Sacramento, California, he has been a Louisiana resident since 1994 and a resident of Acadiana since 2007. Prior to chiropractic college, Dr. Neatherlin attended LSU for his undergraduate studies.

Dr. Neatherlin currently lives in Lafayette with his wife and their three dogs.

Dr. Shane Chaisson is originally from Berwick, LA. He completed the majority of his undergraduate studies at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where he majored in Biology. He later continued his education at Parker University in Dallas, Texas. While there, he earned his B.S. in Anatomy, his B.S. in Health and Wellness, and his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree with honors. He is a licensed Chiropractic Physician in Louisiana and has been providing personal injury treatment, sports injury treatment, and family wellness chiropractic care in the Acadiana region since late 2010.

He is a member of the Chiropractic Association of Louisiana, an affiliate of the American Chiropractic Association, and an active Kiwanian member in New Iberia. Dr. Chaisson has recently completed advanced training in Whiplash Injury Biomechanics & Traumatology through the Spine Research Institute of San Diego, where he learned the latest examination and diagnostic procedures along with the most current effective treatment and rehabilitation procedures to effectively diagnose and treat whiplash injuries and other related traumatic injuries.

Dr. Arnette received a Bachelor in Biological Sciences at Louisiana State University before attending Parker University in Dallas, Texas. He graduated from Parker University in 2022, receiving his Doctorate in Chiropractic, and is completing his Master's degree in Strength and Human Performance. This Master’s program uses evidence-based research to create individualized treatment plans focusing on the strength and stability of the spine and extremity muscles.

He is well-versed in multiple adjusting techniques such as Diversified, Activator, Thompson, and Flexion-Distraction, and specializes in myofascial release techniques, helping to release trigger points and spasms within the muscle. Dr. Arnette treats his patients with outstanding healthcare.
